Dr. Joshua A. Tillinger, DMD

A graduate of Case Western Reserve University's Professional Scholars Program, with advanced residency training at The Foundry Dental Center — where he focused on full-mouth rehabilitation for patients recovering from addiction, trauma, and complex medical conditions.

His clinical work centers on natural-looking smile makeovers and comprehensive care built for long-term oral health. He practices the principles of Facial Aesthetic Design — designing each smile in harmony with the lips, the face, and the way a person actually moves through the world.

Outside the practice, Dr. Tillinger teaches advanced techniques in veneers and full-mouth reconstruction to dentists nationwide.

Dr. Raquel L. Tillinger, DDS

Valedictorian of the UCLA School of Dentistry, with a background in nutritional biochemistry that informs her view of oral health as inseparable from systemic wellness. She completed advanced residency training at the South Texas Veterans Health Care System, treating a wide range of complex conditions for the country's veterans.

Her practice spans the full spectrum of dental care — cosmetic veneers and crowns, implant surgery, gum grafting, root canal therapy, Invisalign, and comprehensive rehabilitation. Her approach favors minimally invasive techniques, a refined aesthetic eye, and a calm, individualized chairside.

Member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

General Dentistry & Hospital Dentistry

Dr. Ira Lelchuk, DDS

A graduate of Emory University and the Emory University School of Dentistry. Following dental school he completed a general practice residency at Miami Children's Hospital, with additional training in pediatric dentistry and the treatment of medically complex patients in the operating-room setting. Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry since 1993.

Dr. Lelchuk has been on the attending staff of Mount Sinai Medical Center, Miami Children's Hospital, and the Miami Jewish Home and Hospital for the Aged at Douglas Gardens since 1982. He taught in the Mount Sinai general practice residency program for over two decades and served as its co-director from 2002 to 2004.

Past president of the Southeast Florida Chapter of the Academy of General Dentistry. Member of the American and Florida Dental Associations and the Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity.

Emeritus

Dr. Andrew Hirschl, DDS

A graduate of Hofstra University and the New York University College of Dentistry, Dr. Hirschl completed his general practice residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach in 1981 and went into private practice in Miami Beach the same year. Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry since 1993.

Chairman of the Department of Dentistry at Mount Sinai Medical Center, and program director of its General Practice Dental Residency Program until 2004 — having served on its attending staff and as a teacher in the residency since 1982. Past president of the Miami Beach Dental Society. Board examiner for the Florida Board of Dentistry since 1991.

Dr. Hirschl no longer sees patients, but remains a presence at the practice — a teacher and mentor to the doctors who do, and a continuing voice on the Mount Sinai Medical Center Foundation, which he has served since 1995.
